All posters should be installed on Sunday, 10 September, from 13:00 and removed on Wednesday, 13 September, by 13:00.
All the necessary material will be available from the «Welcome Top Sponsors and Exhibitors» desk at the Registration Area on the ground floor.
Posters will be visible for the entire duration of the Congress.
Official viewing sessions will take place on Monday, 11 September and Tuesday, 12 September, from 12:00 to 14:30 according to the topic.

Authors should be present at their Posters during the Poster-viewing session between 12:00 and 14:30.
All Congress participants are encouraged to participate in the abstract poster presentations and to take part in the discussions with the authors of the abstracts presented on site.
