Posters Presentation

Posters are displayed at the lower floor of the Main Pavilion of the Fortezza da Basso.

All Posters will be displayed on Sunday 14 September and Monday 15 September 2008.

In order to allow free discussion, Chaired Poster Visit will take place on both days from 12:30 to 14:00. Please refer to the indications in the notification letter for your poster session. Information on the day of the poster session can also be obtained at the Posters help desk.

Please be present at your poster during the scheduled poster viewing for the visit by the officials in order to give a short presentation of about 4 minutes you were asked to prepare.

The hanging and removal times are as follows:
Hanging: Sunday 14 September 08:00 - 10:00
Removal: Monday 15 September as off 17:30 until Tuesday 16 September 10:30

IMPORTANT: Posters not removed at the dismantling deadline, Tuesday 16 September 10:30 will be disposed off. No possibility of retrieval exists.

All the necessary material will be available directly from the Posters help desk located at the entrance of the posters area or from the Posters desk at the registration area.
