Procedures

All participants must be registered.
For Congress Registration, Hotel Reservation, Social Programme and Excursions, all participants must submit a complete registration form.
The ESPEN Congress requires the full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and e-mail address. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed. Confirmation of the registration will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

Save on the registration fees by registering before 8 June 2008!!

* Fees payable in EURO only. 20% VAT included.
** For Students (under 35), a letter of confirmation from the Head Unit must be sent upon registration. Early registrations will be accepted until 8 June 2008. The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before said deadline (8 June 2008). If your payment is not received before the deadline, the late registration fee will be automatically charged.

LLL Courses Fees

The LLL Courses are paying courses to be reserved upon registration (cf. registration form) and are for medical doctors only.

LLL Courses Registration Fees

Summary of the 16 modules proposed. You can attend a maximum of 8 modules as some of the modules are taking place at the same time.

On Friday and Saturday, YOU MUST BE REGISTERED to the LLL Course you wish to attend.
On Sunday and Monday, after each Educational session-LLL, the second part (tests) will take place in Room Volta (Quartiere Monumentale) at the Fortezza da Basso. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED to the corresponding Educational session-LLL to attend this second part.

Payment

Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline (8 June 2008). To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

Please fill in your card number and expiration date on the registration form as indicated.

Other Registration Guidelines

GROUP REGISTRATION
For group registration a minimum of 20 participants is required. Please contact the Congress Secretariat, MCI Suisse SA, to obtain the group registration form. Congress documents and bags can be collected as early pick-up upon request.

CONFIRMATION
A confirmation of registration and payment status will be sent to the individual or company that requests registration. Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received. Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the Congress Venue when collecting their documents.

REGISTRATION AT THE VENUE
The Registration desk at the Florence Congress Centre opens on Saturday 13 September 2008 at 08:00 and will stay open throughout the Congress (according to opening hours in the programme). It is located at the entrance of the Florence Congress Centre. Registration on-site does not guarantee the participant delivery of the Congress package (Congress bags & documents, Final programme, Abstract book). Please arrive early if you wish to register on-site. Please also note that availability of hotel accommodation at that time may be limited.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
MCI has reserved a large number of hotel rooms in various hotels in different price categories. Kindly make your reservation while you are registering on-line. Since Florence attracts many tourists, reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Individual participants are asked to book their hotel on-line. More information are available under the section “Accommodation”.

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
All modifications or cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to the Conference Secretariat, MCI Suisse SA. For each modification requested by the participant, EUR 35.- will be charged for administrative costs. In case of cancellation up to 14 July 2008, deposits will be refunded less EUR 70.- for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
